
Belle Blue Cupcakes with flowers
Add a colourful touch to your sweet table with these beautiful cupcakes! The fluffy cakes are topped with a generous swirl of buttercream in Coty blue and decorated with flowers. They are easy to make, yet look festive and stylish. Perfect to serve as a treat for a birthday.

500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream®
250 g FunCakes Sugar Paste Bella Blue
FunCakes Food Colour Gel Royal Blue
FunCakes Food Colour Gel Aqua
FunCakes Soft Pearls Medium Light Blue
FunCakes Edible Glue
- 400 g unsalted butter
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml milk
- 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)

- Wilton Recipe Right® Muffin Pan 12 cupcakes
- Wilton Decorating Tip #1M Open Star
- Wilton Perfect Height Rolling Pin 22,5cm
- Dekofee Plunger Cutter Flowers Mix Set/3
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection 160°C).
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix For Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Divide the Baking Cup over the muffin pan and fill them with the batter. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 20 min and let the cupcakes cool down.
Knead a piece of FunCakes Sugar Paste Bella Blue until smooth and roll out to a thickness of 1–2 mm. Cut out flowers using cutters of your choice. Let the flowers air dry on a wrinkled piece of kitchen paper. Place a Soft Pearl Blue in the centre using Edible Glue.
Prepare 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the package. Colour the Enchanted Cream® with the Food Colour Gel Royal Blue and Aqua. Place the cream in a Decorating Bag with the Wilton Decorating Tip #1M and make generous swirls onto the cupcakes.
Decorate the cupcakes with your sugar paste flowers.
