What you need to make your bundt cake with icing sugar:
Ingredients
- 250 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe
- FunCakes Icing Sugar Gluten Free
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)

- Wilton Cooling Grid
- Patisse Bundt Pan Cast Aluminum 2 Ø24cm
- Sieve

Preheat the oven to 160 °C (convection oven 180 °C).

Prepare 250 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe according to the instructions on the package. Mix the baking mix and eggs on high speed for 8 minutes. After that mix the butter trough the batter. Bake the cake in about 35 – 40 minutes. After baking, put it directly out of the baking pan and on a cooling grid.

Add the FunCakes Icing Sugar Gluten Free to taste with the help of a sieve.
