Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection oven 160 ° C).
Prepare 750 grams of FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Grease the baking pan and one of the two half ball pans with Bake Release Spray and fill the baking pans with the batter. Bake the cakes in the middle of a preheated one in 50-60 minutes until brown and done. Let the cake cool using a cooling rack.
Tip; Check them occasionally with a skewer. If the cakes become too brown, place a piece of aluminum foil over it halfway through the baking time.
Prepare 400 grams of FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package and color the buttercream green with the coloring.
Coat the styrofoam cone or ice cream cone with piping gel and coat it with Baby Blue fondant. Color 150 g Bright White fondant with the Royal Blue gel, roll it out into a long thin strip and make a beautiful string with the Multi Ribbon cutter. Stick this on the cone with some edible glue. Roll out some Baby Blue fondant thinly and cut out two hearts for the feet.
Knead some black fondant smoothly, roll it out and make a mouth with the cutting wheel. Cut out a pupil with a round cutter. Roll out a piece of Sea Blue fondant and cut out an eye with a round cutter. Knead the rest smoothly and form two cones. Insert a skewer in both cones.
Roll out a small piece of white fondant and cut out an eye with the largest round cutter. Now glue all parts of the eye together with some edible glue and allow to dry. Color a piece of white fondant green with the Bright Green Gel and form a ball of what you attach on top of the cone / ice cream cone.
Put the two cakes together with a lick of buttercream and trim them slightly with a sharp knife. Cover the entire cake with green buttercream, stick the fondant mouth on top and let it set in the fridge.
Place the rest of the buttercream in a decorating bag with tip # 233 and cover the entire cake with it. Attach the horns to the side of the head, if necessary, cut off a piece of the skewer. Also put the hat on top of the cake. Finally stick the eye on the cake and put the feet in front of it.
