A delicious madeleine from France! It is a light and tender cake and with some icing sugar on top you make it complete.
- 240 g FunCakes Pastry Flour Deluxe
- 6 g FunCakes Baking Powder
- 190 g granulated sugar
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 50 g milk
- 10 g vanille sugar
- 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (convection oven 190 ° C).
Mix the fine granulated sugar, the vanilla sugar and the eggs in a bowl with balloon whisk. Mix it slightly frothy on the middle setting in 3 minutes. Add the FunCakes pastry flour and baking powder and mix everything for 3 minutes on the middle setting. Finally, add the melted butter and milk and mix until well incorporated.
Put the batter in a decorating bag and cut off a small point. Spray the madeleine pan with baking spray and fill the mold with batter and fry the madeleines light brown and cooked for about 7-10 minutes. Deposit them directly on a cooling grid and let them cool. Repeat until you run out of batter.
