What you need to make your christmas tree meringues:

- 14 g FunCakes Meringue Powder
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Holly Green
- FunCakes Nonpareils Bronze
- FunCakes Soft Pearls Medium Bronze Gold
- 375 g fine sugar
- 125 ml water

Add 14 g FunCakes Meringue Powder, 125 ml water and 125 g fine granulated sugar to a bowl. Mix at high speed until a firm, white mixture forms. Gradually add the remaining sugar while the mixer is running. Then add green food colouring and mix until the meringue forms stiff peaks.
TIP! Ensure the bowl and whisk are completely grease-free for the best results!

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the meringue into a decorating bag with decorating tip #1M and pipe generous swirls onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle with pearls and nonpareils as desired.

Preheat the oven to 115°C (100°C convection oven). Dry the meringues in the oven for 1.5 hours, then let them cool completely in the oven until it has fully cooled down.
