- 500 g FunCakes Special Edition Mix for Sweet Cookie & Crust
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie
- 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream
- 500 ml water
- 200 ml milk
- 155 g unsalted butter
- 1 egg (approx 50 g)
- Almond paste
- Black currants
- FunCakes Magic Roll out Powder
- FunCakes Bake Release spray
- FunCakes decorating bags
- Wilton wide glide rolling pin
- Wilton decorating tip #010
- Wilton decorating tip Open Star #21
- Wilton cooling grid
- Patisse baking frame
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 500 g of FunCakes Special Edition Mix for Sweet Cookie & Crust as indicated on the package. Add small chunks of almond paste to the dough, according to taste. Let it stiffen in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a surface covered with Magic Roll out Powder till 8 mm thickness. Grease the baking tin with Bake Release spray and cover it with the dough.
Prepare 100 g of FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie as indicated on the package. Fill a decorating bag with the cream and pipe it with decorating tip# 010 in the middle of the cake. Bake the cake in about 35 minutes. Place it on the cooling grid and let it cool down completely.
Prepare 100 g of FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie as indicated on the package. Prepare 150 g of FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® with 200 ml milk and mix this for 3 minutes with a mixer on high speed. Fold the cream carefully through the Enchanted Cream® until smooth. Fill the pie with strawberries and blackcurrants. Fill a decorating bag with crème patisserie and pipe with decorating tip #21 beautiful tuffs on the loaf and garnish with black currants.
