What you need to make your limoncello bundt:


  • 400 g FunCakes Mix for Limoncello Cake
  • 150 g FunCakes Mix for Dip 'n Drip - White
  • FunCakes Mini Stars - Yellow
  • FunCakes Confetti Metallic Yellow
  • FunCakes Sugar Decorations Small Flowers
  • 175 g unsalted butter
  • 21 ml Limoncello (for an alcohol-free variant use water)
  • 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
  • 1 lemon


  • FunCakes Bake Release Spray
  • FunCakes Decorating bags
  • Wilton Recipe Right Fluted Tube Pan
  • Wilton Cooling Grid

Recipe of Limoncello bundt


Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C)


Prepare 400 g of FunCakes Mix for Limoncello Cake according to the instructions on the package. Spray the baking pan with baking spray, spoon the batter into the pan and bake in the middle of the oven for 50-55 minutes. Let the cake cool down by using a cooling grid.


Prepare the FunCakes Mix for Dip ‘n Drip with Limoncello, heat briefly in the microwave (10 sec) and put it in a decorating bag. Cut a small tip off the decorating bag and let the drip slide down over the bundt. Sprinkle with a zest of half a lemon and a mix of the confetti and stars. Place a flower in between here and there and decorate with some pieces of lemon.
