Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 330 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe according to the instructions on the package. Divide the mix between 2 greased baking pans covered with parchment paper and bake them for about 30-35 minutes. Let them cool down by using a cooling grid.
Prepare 250 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® according to the instructions on the package. flavour the Enchanted Cream® with the FunCakes Flavour Paste Hugo.
Cut the biscuits both twice with the cake leveler. Fill and spread the biscuit all around with Enchanted Cream® and pull it nice and tight using the turn table and side scraper. You start and end with the bottoms of the biscuit, so you get nice tight edges. Place the buttered cake in the fridge for half an hour.
Divide the rest of the Enchanted Cream® into two portions and color with the orange and green colour gel. Apply these two colors of Enchanted Cream® to the cake and pull the cake tight again with the side scraper. The colors flow into each other in this way. Put back in the fridge.
Put the whole pot of isomalt in a heavy-bottomed pan and let it melt. Prepare the isomalt as indicated on the packaging and color it orange with a drop of orange colour gel.
Pour the isomalt onto the silicone mat and hang it over, for example, a flower vase. This way you get nice drips. Let this dry well. Then carefully remove the silicone mat with the hardened isomalt and carefully remove the silicone mat from the obtained mould. Be careful because it is fragile!
Paint some FunCakes Sparkle Dust Golden Ginger and rejuvenator and paint the edges of the shell gold. Place the shell on the cake.
