Instantly happy flower cake

- 250 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake
- 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream®
- FunColours Gel Orange
- FunCakes Flavour Paste Lemon Meringue Pie
- 125 ml water
- 100 ml milk
- 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
- Lemon curd
- Various edible flowers
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- Wilton Baking Pan Ø 20 cm
- Wilton Spatula 22,5 cm
- Wilton cooling grid
Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C)
Prepare 250 g of FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake as indicated on the package and add the FunColours Gel. Grease the baking pan, divide the batter into the baking pan and bake the sponge cake for 30–35 minutes. After baking, release the sponge cake on a cooling grid and let it cool down completely.
Prepare 150 g of FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the package and add the flavour paste to taste. Cut the cake twice and add fill with the cream. Cover the cake with lemon curd and a thick layer of cream, using the side scraper. Place the cake in the fridge for an hour to stiffen.
Cover the cake completely with another layer of Enchanted Cream® and make it nice and smooth with a spatula. Decorate the cake with a crescent of fruit and edible flowers.
