Recipe of Christmas tree cookie 3D

1

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the package, adding a touch of FunCakes Spiced Cookie Flavour. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

2

Knead the chilled dough briefly, then roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Cut out pairs of Christmas tree shapes. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and chill the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes.

3

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and bake the cookies for about 8-12 minutes, until lightly browned. Let them cool down on the counter.

4

Lightly brush the cookies with apricot jam. Knead the sugar paste until smooth, roll it out to a thickness of 1-2 mm and cut out matching Christmas trees. Attach the sugar paste trees to the cookies and slide them together to stand.

5

Use edible glue to attach pearls and snowflakes to the trees, finishing with a large golden snowflake on top.

Just a little while before you can enjoy your cookies. Don't forget to share your creation: #funcakesbyme
