Chocolate cake with Oreo cookies
Oreo’s are the most known cookies in the world and we couldn’t imagine a life without it! Oreo’s are always a good idea and especially in combination with a cake!
What you need to make your chocolate cake with oreo cookies:
Ingredients
- 250 g FunCakes Mix for Choco Sponge Cake
- 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream
- 155 ml water
- 100 ml milk
- 3 eggs (approx. 150 g)
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Oreo cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 250 grams of FunCakes Mix for Choco Sponge Cake as indicated on the package. Grease the baking pan. Fill the greased baking pan with batter and bake the cake in approx. 30 – 35 minutes.
Prepare 150 grams of FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream®as indicated on the package. Cut the cake in three layers. Cover the first layer with the cherry filling, place the second layer on top and cover this with the Enchanted Cream. Crumble the Oreo cookies and keep five aside for decoration. Sprinkle the crumbled cookies over the cream. Place the last layer on top and cover this with the Enchanted Cream.
Place the tip in the decorating bag and fill this with the remaining cream. Pipe beautiful swirls on the cake and decorate them with cherries and Oreo cookies.
