Magic Roll-Out Powder

The FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder, also known as Bäckerstärke in Germany is a very fine potato starch. Use this roll out powder for rolling out sugar paste, marzipan and dough. Or dust your silicone moulds with it. The starch will prevent your sugar paste and marzipan from sticking to your work surface and will release your decorations easily from your mould. Use a fine sieve or dusting pouch for equal distribution.

Potato starch.

May contain traces of: egg, milk, nuts, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.

Store in a cool, dry place, 8-20°C.
