White rocky road

- 700 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts White
- 250 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies
- FunCakes Mini Marshmallows
- 75 g butter
- ½ egg (approx. 25 g)
- Dried cranberries
- Unsalted trail mix
- Dried raspberries
- Wilton Parchment Paper Roll
- Wilton -Perfect Height- Rolling Pin 22,5cm
- Silikomart Chocolate Mould Classic Choco Bar
- Wooden spoon
- Large bowl
- Cookie cutter
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 200 grams of FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the package. Roll out the dough on a floured flat (0,3 cm thickness). Cut out the cookies and bake them in approx. 8 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool down.
Crumble the cookies and mix them in a large bowl with the trail mix, cranberries, raspberries and the mini marshmallows.
Put 700 grams of melts into a bowl and place this bowl in the microwave. Melt the melts at maximum power (± 800 Watt) and remove the chocolate every 15 to 20 seconds from the microwave to stir it well so that the temperature is spread through evenly. Continue doing this until the chocolate is nearly melted; small pieces of chocolate may still be visible. Stop warming and stir the chocolate well until all the pieces of chocolate are melted and you have a uniform mass of chocolate.
Stir the melted chocolate trough the dry mixture and fill the chocolate mould with the chocolate mixture.
Place the mould for at least 2 hours in the fridge to stiffen and break it into pieces.
