- 65 g plantbased oil (77 ml)

- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- Wilton Covered Brownie Pan Square 22,5 x 22,5cm
- Wilton Cooling Grid
- Wilton Comfort Grip Spatula Hoek 22,5 cm

Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection 160°C). Grease the baking pan with Bake Release Spray, and line the bottom with a fitted piece of parchment paper.
Prepare 330 g FunCakes Mix for Red Velvet Cake as indicated on the package, then gently pour it into the baking pan. Bake the red velvet for about 30-35 minutes, then turn it out immediately onto a cooling grid to cool completely.
Prepare 125 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package and flavour it with FunCakes Flavour Paste Mascarpone.
Knead small coloured pieces of sugar paste until soft and roll them out on a work surface dusted with FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder. Cut out plenty of small hearts, as many as you think you’ll need and let them air-dry for a few hours.
Spread the buttercream over the top of the red velvet cake with a spatula, arrange the sugar paste hearts on top and sprinkle with mini hearts for the perfect finishing touch.
