Recipe of Kika Easter cookies

1

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the package, wrap in cling film and leave to set in the refrigerator for one hour.

2
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3

Quickly knead the dough from the fridge well and on a floured work surface roll it out to a thickness of about 2 to 3 mm and punch out shapes. Pierce small holes in the bunnies at the top with decorating tip #005.  Place on the baking sheet and bake the cookies for 8-12 minutes until light brown. Let them cool down on the counter.

4

Heat the jar of apricot jam in the microwave and push it through a sieve with the rounded side of a spoon. You now have apricot jelly to spread on the cookies.

5

Coat the cookies with apricot jam and sprinkle the musket seed pastel on top. Thread a pretty ribbon or string through the pendants.

Just a little while before you can enjoy your cookies. Don't forget to share your creation: #funcakesbyme
