What you need to make your double choco chip cookies:
Ingredients
- 400 g FunCakes Mix for Double Choco Chip Cookies
- 80 g unsalted butter
- 1 egg (approx. 50 g)
- 8 g water
Necessities
- Wilton parchement paper roll
- Cling film
Prepare 400 g FunCakes Mix for Double Choco Chip Cookies using dough hooks, as indicated on the package. Make a roll of approx. Ø 5 cm, wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot air oven 150°C).
Cut slices of 2 cm thick with a sharp knife and place these on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave enough space between the cookies, as they will run out. Bake the cookies for about 13-16 minutes, they will still feel soft when the baking time is up. Leave them to cool on the counter. You can make about 10-12 cookies depending on their thickness.
