Chocolate swirl cookies
Not in the mood for regular cookies? Then add a bit of cocoa to your batter and bake these fun swirl cookies.
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies
- 150 g butter
- 1 egg (approx. 50 g)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Plastic foil
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 500 grams of FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the package and divide the dough in two parts. Mix one part of dough with two tablespoons of cocoa.
Make 2 squares using the plain dough and the chocolate dough. Place them on each other and make a role from the dough. Put this in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Cut slices from the role and place the cookies on the baking sheet.
Bake them in the middle of the preheated oven in about 12 minutes golden yellow.
