1 egg (approx. 50 g)
100 g unsalted butter
100 g cream cheese
½ tbsp Wilton vanilla extract
1 apple

Recipe of Apple cookies

Cut the apple in small pieces. Mix butter, egg, cream cheese and vanilla extract all together on the lowest setting in the mixer. Add 300 gram FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes and mix it for 2 minutes again on the lowest setting. Add the small pieces of apple. Place the dough covered with foil in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 155°C).
