Modelling Paste White

Use the FunCakes modeling paste to model figures, animals or cake toppers. Modelling paste is stronger than sugar paste, allowing you to roll it out even thinner and create small, detailed shapes. By using modelling paste you really bring your animals and other figures to life and decorate your cakes with refined cake toppers, ruches and ruffles. You can get the modeling paste in any desired colour with the FunCakes colourings.

Sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm, palm kernel), humectant: E422, thickener: E414, E415, emulsifier: E471, E322, acidity regulator: E330.

May contain traces of: almonds.

Store in a cool, dark place, 15-20°C.

Preparation of Modelling Paste White


Knead the modelling paste well until it is soft, smooth, stretchable and free of wrinkles.


If desired, colour the modelling paste with the FunCakes colourings and shape it into any desired shape. CMC/Tylo powder can be added for even more strenght (max. 1 tsp per 250 g).

Tip: use dried spaghetti to make figures stand up or to attach them to your cake or cupcake.
