Food Colour Paste Set
With the concentrated food colour pastes from FunCakes you can easily colour your marzipan, sugar paste , gum paste, modeling paste and flower paste. And these food colourings are also suitable for colouring creams such as buttercream and Enchanted Cream® or even cakes. This set contains the 8 musthave colour pastes: ivory, yellow, pink, red, leaf green, royal blue, violet, black. The pastes are also available separately in these and many other colours!

Take a bit of food colouring paste out of the jar by using a cocktail stick.
Use a clean stick every time you add more colouring and wipe it off on your marzipan or sugar paste.
Knead or stir well until the colouring has completely blended.
Add extra colouring if you desire a deeper or brighter colour and stir or knead well again.
Make sure the colouring paste stays in the middle of the mass to prevent your hands from getting covered in colour. If they do, easily rinse off with water and soap.
Want to give your cake or cookies a nice colour? That’s also possible with one of the beautiful colours of pastes! The food colour pastes can withstand temperatures up to 200°C, so try colour your batter or cookie dough for a change!

Maximum usable dosage:
Ivory: 2,5 g/kg.
Yellow: 12 g/kg.
Pink: 25 g/kg.
Red: 9 g/kg.
Leaf Green: 14 g/kg.
Royal Blue: 10 g/kg.
Violet: 17 g/kg.
Black: 5 g/kg.
