Ganache is not only incredibly tasty, it is also a very versatile product. You use ganache for filling or covering a cake, or piping swirls on cakes and cupcakes. Also delicious as a filling in chocolate bonbons, flavour in ice cream or bavarois. But do you think it is too much of a hassle to make it yourself? Our Ready To Use Ganache solves that problem. The ganache is available in a dark and white chocolate flavour and stiffens in the refrigerator.
Ready To Use Ganache White Choco
Vegetable fat (palm, shea), sugar, milk powder (skimmed), cream powder, emulsifier: E322 (soy), flavouring.

Store cool and dry, max. 25ºC. Once opened, limited shelf-life.

Heat the ganache for 1 minute at 340 Watt in the microwave or au bain-marie.

Cover your cake with the ganache.

As a chocolate filling for bonbons: mix the product with a mixer to get the ganache light and airy. This also makes the ganache suitable for piping swirls.
For a buttercream or soft chocolate filling: Mix 150 g soft butter into the ganache for 5 minutes on high speed.
