Recipe of Sugar paste Valentine cookies

1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

2

Prepare FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the packaging, wrap in cling foil and place in the fridge for an hour to stiffen.

3

Knead the dough from the fridge briefly and roll it out on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Cut out various sizes of hearts and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for 12-16 minutes until light brown. Let them cool flat on the countertop.

4

Roll out all colours of sugar paste thinly and cut out hearts. Stick the sugar paste hearts with some piping gel on the cookies. Use the 01 brush and the gold Metallic Food Paint to write texts on the cookies. Use piping gel to stick the edible flowers on the cookies.

TIP! Store the cookies in a metal drum to keep them nice and crispy. If you put it in a plastic sealed container, they quickly become soft.

Just a little while before you can enjoy your cookies. Don't forget to share your creation: #funcakesbyme
