Recipe of Halloween cookies

1

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the package. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it firm up in the fridge for an hour.

2

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C convection oven).

3

Knead the dough briefly after removing it from the fridge to soften it slightly. Roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut out shapes like pumpkins, ghosts and bones. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake the cookies for about 8-12 minutes until light brown and done. Let them cool flat on the countertop.

4

Colour some sugar paste orange and lime green. Roll it out thinly and cut out pumpkins and ghosts. Attach them to the cookies with apricot jam. Roll out a piece of white sugar paste, cut out bones and attach them to the cookies as well.

5

Use the JEM tool to create details on the pumpkins. Roll out a small piece of spring green fondant very thinly, cut out leaves, and make thin rolled vines. Attach these slightly curled along with the leaves to the cookies. Finally, attach edible eyes to the cookies using edible glue.

Just a little while before you can enjoy your cookies. Don't forget to share your creation: #funcakesbyme
