Recipe of Gender reveal cookies

1

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies according to the instructions on the package, wrap in plastic wrap and let it set in the fridge for an hour.

2

Prepare 125 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream according to the instructions on the package and color it in the color of your choice (pink or blue).

3

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

4

Knead the dough from the refrigerator until smooth and roll it out on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 2-3 mm, cut out the feet and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until light brown and let them cool on the counter.

5

Knead the fondant smoothly and roll it out to a thickness of 2 mm and cut out feet. Color the remaining fondant pink and blue. Roll it out very thin (so you can almost see through it) and let it air dry for 10 minutes. Now cut this into all squares and use the tappit to cut out question marks in pink and blue.

6

Spread a little buttercream in the color of your choice on the cookies in the middle. Spread the biscuit with some FunCakes Piping gel and stick a fondant foot on the cookie. Now stick on each cookie with some edible glue FunCakes Sugar Decoration Baby Feet in blue and pink and the question marks.

Just a little while before you can enjoy your cookies. Don't forget to share your creation: #funcakesbyme
