Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the package, wrap in cling film and leave to set in the refrigerator for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Knead the dough from the fridge thoroughly and roll it out on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 2 mm. Cut out hearts and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for about 10-14 minutes until light brown. Let them cool down on the countertop.
Knead the two colours of sugar paste smoothly, roll it out to a thickness of about 1-2 mm and cut out the same size hearts you used for your cookies.
Stick the sugar paste hearts onto the cookies with a little piping gel. Along the edges of the cookies also spread a thin edge of piping gel and roll them through the sprinkles. Stick the little flowers with a little piping gel on the cookies.
