What you need to make your deco melts cookies:
Ingredients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix voor Cookies
- FunCakes Deco Melts Orange
- FunCakes Deco Melts Red
- FunCakes Deco Melts Pink
- FunCakes Sprinkle Medley Gold
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 1 egg (approx. 50g)

- Wilton – Wide Glide – rolling pin 50cm
- Wilton Star Nesting Perimeter Cutter Set/6
- Wilton parchment paper
- Patisse Cookie Cutter Heart Set/5
- Cookie Cutter Ring Rro Ø 7 cm
- Cling Film
Prepare 500 g of FunCakes Mix for Cookies according to the instructions on the package, wrap it in cling film and let it harden in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Roll out the cookie dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 2-3 mm and cut out various shapes. Bake the cookies for about 10-15 minutes until light brown and let them cool on the counter.
Melt the Deco Melts according to the instructions on the packaging and decorate the cookies with it. Immediately sprinkle some of the medley on top and let it set in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes for a nice shine. You can also put some melted Deco Melts in a decorating bag and decorate the cookies with it. Also decorate directly with the medley and let it stiffen in the fridge.
