Rocky road
This Father’s Day, make it extra sweet and surprising with a homemade Rocky Road!
- Prepare the 500 g FunCakes Cookie Mix as directed on the packaging. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it chill in the fridge for about an hour to firm up.
- Take the dough out of the fridge, knead it briefly until smooth, and roll it out on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 2–3 mm. Use a round cutter to cut out shapes from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with FunCakes baking pape

- Mix the FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie with butter and egg until you have a firm dough. Fold in the FunCakes Chocolate Drops White and press half of the dough into the bottom and sides of a greased skillet.
- Fill the skillet with FunCakes Ready To Use Genache Dark Choco. Use the remaining dough to cover the skillet.
- Bake for 25-30 until fully baked. Add mashmallows during the last few minutes of baking.
