
Fudge brownies
Are you a real chocolate lover? Then this is the recipe for you. Wonderfully fudgy, rich in flavour and a true warming treat. And be warned, for chocolate fans this one is seriously addictive.
Finish it with a generous chocolate drip and voilà, the ultimate chocolate dream. Perfect to enjoy during iftar in Ramadan, as a sweet treat after a day of fasting or as a showstopper on your Eid dessert table. Pure chocolate indulgence for every special moment.
What you need to make your fudge brownies:
Ingredients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Fudge Brownie
- 100 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts Dark
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs (approx. 150g)
Necessities
- FunCakes decorating bags
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- FunCakes parchment paper
- Wilton Recipe Right® Baking Pan Squared 20x20cm
Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C).
Prepare 500 g of FunCakes Mix for Fudge Brownie according to the instructions on the packaging. Grease the baking pan with baking spray and place a suitable piece of baking paper on the bottom.Fold the batter into the baking tin and bake the brownie for 35 minutes. The brownie is still runny when it comes out of the oven. Let it cool on the counter and then put it in the fridge for at least 2 to let it stiffen, but preferably overnight.
Melt 100 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts Dark according to the instructions on the packaging, put this in a piping bag and drizzle this over the brownie.
