What you need to make your muffins with raspberries:


  • 500 g FunCakes Mix for Muffins
  • 200 g vegetable oil
  • 200 ml water
  • Box of frozen raspberries


  • Wilton Recipe Right® Muffin Baking cups 12 cupcakes
  • House of Marie Muffin Cups Tulip Baby Pink

Recipe of Muffins with raspberries


Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and divide the baking cups baking among the muffin pan.


Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Muffins as indicated on the package. Sprinkle in frozen raspberries as you see fit.


Fill the molds to about 2/3 with batter and bake the muffins for about 23-27 minutes until light brown. Optionally, bake them a few minutes longer if you think you need to. Let them cool from the muffin pan on a cooling rack.
