Cupcake in a cup with forest fruits
This forest fruit cupcake in a cup is the ideal dessert for those who don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. This recipe is easy, but also delicious.
- 250 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
- 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream®
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 3 eggs (approx. 150 g)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- FunCakes Decorating Bags
- FunCakes Mini Baking Cups
- Wilton Cooling Grid
- Wilton Recipe Right® Mini Muffin Pan
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 250 grams of FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Divide the baking cups over the baking pan and fill it with the batter. Bake the cupcakes in 18 – 20 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool down on a cooling grid.
Prepare 150 grams of FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the package. Put the cream in a piping bag and cut off the tip. Cut the cupcakes horizontally in half and place a slice of cupcake on the bottom of the glass. Spread a bit of fruit on the bottom and fill with a few swirls of cream. Put a slice of cupcake on top of the cream and repeat the steps above. Then garnish with another slice of cupcake.
