What you need to make your chocolate easter egg cocktail:
Ingredients
- 200 g FunCakes Deco Melts Yellow
- 200 g FunCakes Deco Melts Green
- 200 g FunCakes Deco Melts Pink
- 200 g FunCakes Deco Melts Light Blue
- FunCakes Sugar Decoration Small Flowers Set/32
- FunCakes Sugar Decoration Blossom Mix Pastel Set/32
Necessities
- FunCakes Decorating Bags
- Cake Star Mould Cracked Half Egg Small set/2
- Dr. Oetker Pastry Brush with Wooden Handle 19,5x2,4 cm
Melt the FunCakes Deco Melts in the microwave, following the instructions on the packaging. Using a brush, coat the inside of the mould with a layer of the melted Deco Melts, then place it in the fridge to set. Repeat this process at least four times to create a sturdy shell, making sure to refrigerate after each layer. Skipping this step may make it difficult to remove the egg from the mould cleanly.
Place some melted Deco Melts into a piping bag and snip off the tip. Pipe small discs onto a sheet of baking paper, then transfer to the fridge to set.
Remove the egg halves from the mould and break off a small piece from the top of each one. Put on a pan with and small layer of water and bring it to just below boiling point. Place a plate or griddle on this and quickly transfer the egg halves to the hot plate. Immediately stick the halves together and leave to set in the fridge.
Quickly warm the bottom of each whole egg on the hot plate, then press it onto a Deco Melts disc to secure it in place.
Stick the FunCakes sugar flowers onto the egg using some Deco Melts.
Fill with a drink and insert a straw.
