

Almond Cake
You know that feeling? Instant cravings on a cold, rainy Sunday afternoon, but absolutely no desire to run to the supermarket? With the Classic Cake mix, you’ll always have something delicious at home. Simply add butter and eggs (and optionally some almond flakes for an extra touch), mix it all together, and within fifteen minutes your cupcakes are already in the oven. After that, it’s just a matter of waiting… and enjoying! This recipe is completely halal, making it perfect to share with family and friends during Ramadan, at iftar, or any cozy gathering.
What you need to make your almond cake:
Ingredients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Classic Cake
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
- FunCakes almond paste
Necessities
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- Wilton Cooling Grid
- Cake Pan of 25 cm
Preheat the oven to 160 °C (convection oven 180°C).
Prepare 400 g FunCakes Mix for Classic Cake according to the instructions on the package and add some crumbled almond paste.
Grease the baking pan with baking spray. Fill it with the batter and bake the cake for about 60-70 minutes.
Let the cake cool down on a cooling rack. Roast the almond flakes shortly in a pan an decorate the cake with it.
