
Eid chocolate cupcakes

What you need to make your eid chocolate cupcakes:

- 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake brownie
- 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco
- 200 ml milk
- 135 ml water
- 70 g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs (approx. 150 g)
- Blueberries

- Wilton Recipe Right® Muffin Baking pan 12 cupcakes
- Wilton Tip #1M Open Star
Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie according to the instructions on the package. Divide the baking cups over the muffin pan and spoon the batter into it. Bake the brownie cupcakes for about 18-22 minutes and let them cool out of the mold on a cooling grid.
Prepare 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco according to the instructions on the package and place it in a decorating bag with #1M. Make generous swirls on the cupcakes and decorate with blueberries.
