Easter cupcakes with pistachio whipping cream
Easter and cupcakes are one of those things that simply belong together, just like Romeo and Juliet. And to make this combination even better, we have added pistachio whipped cream!
What you need to make easter cupcakes with pistachio whipping cream:
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcake
- 2 tbsp FunCakes Flavour Paste -Pistachio-
- FunCakes FunColours Paste – Green
- FunCakes Nonpareils -Light Pink-
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)
- 500 ml whipping cream
- Chocolate Easter eggs
- FunCakes Decorating Bags
- Wilton Decorating Tip #233
- Wilton Recipe Right® Muffin Pan
- Wilton Ruffled Baking Cups Pink
Preheat the oven at 180°C (convection oven 160°C ).
Prepare 500 grams of FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Line the muffin baking pan with baking cups and fill the baking cups (2/3 full) with the batter. Bake the cupcakes in the middle of the preheated oven in approx.. 18 – 20 minutes and let them cool down on a cooling grid.
Whip 500 ml of whopping cream with 2 tablespoons of pistachio flavour paste stiff and add the green colouring. Put decorating tip #233 in a decorating bag and fill with the whipping cream. Pipe “grass” on the cupcakes and decorate your cupcake with chocolate Easter eggs and pink nonpareils.
