What you need to make your almond cake:
Ingredients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
- 240 g unsalted butter
- 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)
- FunCakes almond paste
Necessities
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- Wilton Cooling Grid
- Cake Pan of 25 cm

Preheat the oven to 160 °C (convection oven 180°C).

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for cupcakes according to the instructions on the package and add some crumbled almond paste.

Grease the baking pan with baking spray. Fill it with the batter and bake the cake for about 60-70 minutes.

Let the cake cool down on a cooling rack. Roast the almond flakes shortly in a pan an decorate the cake with it.
