- Prepare the 500 g FunCakes Cookie Mix as directed on the packaging. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it chill in the fridge for about an hour to firm up.
- Take the dough out of the fridge, knead it briefly until smooth, and roll it out on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 2–3 mm. Use a round cutter to cut out shapes from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with FunCakes baking pape

- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for a fan oven) and grease the cake tins with baking spray.
- Prepare 400 g FunCakes Biscuit Deluxe Mix as directed on the packaging and divide the batter evenly between the two cake tins. Bake the sponge cakes for about 30-35 minutes until cooked through, then turn them out onto a wire rack immediately after baking and allow to cool.
