Chocolate chip cookies
Soft, chewy and with lots of chocolate bits, that’s what you get from one bite of these double choco chip biscuits. They are so irresistibly delicious that you almost want to eat them all. And bonus: they are also super quick to make!
What you need to make your chocolate chip cookies:
Ingredients
- 400 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 1 egg (approx. 50 g)
- FunCakes Chocolate Chunks Dark
Necessities
- Wilton parchement paper roll
- Cling film
Mix 400 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes using dough hooks, with 125 g butter, 1 egg and chocolate chunks. Make a roll of approx. Ø 5 cm, wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
TIP! Instead of the Cupcake Mix, you can also use the Mix for Cake Brownie, Caramel Cake or Red Velvet Cake. The amount stays exactly the same, 400 g applies to every baking mix. This way, you can turn your favorite baking mix into delicious chocolate chip cookies!
Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 180°C).
Cut slices of 2 cm thick with a sharp knife and place these on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave enough space between the cookies, as they will run out. Bake the cookies for about 13-16 minutes, they will still feel soft when the baking time is up. Leave them to cool on the counter. You can make about 10-12 cookies depending on their thickness.
