What you need to make your chocolate bonbons:

  • 350 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts Dark
  • 350 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts Milk
  • 350 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts White
  • 350 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts Ruby

  • Silikomart Silicone Form Half Spheres Ø3cm

Recipe of Chocolate bonbons

Put the FunCakes Chocolate Melts in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt them at 450 / 500W in the microwave. Stir the chocolate every 15/20 seconds so that the temperature spreads evenly. Stop heating as soon as the chocolate is almost completely melted (small pieces may still be visible). Keep stirring until the chocolate has dissolved. Make sure that no water is added!

For the swirl chocolates, put a little bit Ruby melts in the heart and let it stiffen in the fridge for 5 minutes. Then fill the mold completely with melted chocolate and let it stiffen in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and press them out of the mold.

For the half spheres, spread some contrasting melts in the mold, do not cover it completely! Put this in the fridge for 5 minutes and then fill the mold with chocolate. Let this set in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and press them out of the mold.
