Fudgy Brownie

Brownies, who doesn’t like them? This tasty creamy chocolate sensation came over from America and there is no better recipe for a brownie than this real American Brownie recipe!

What you need to make your fudgy brownie:


  • 500 g FunCakes Mix for American Brownie
  • 250 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 eggs (approx. 150 g)
  • Add. 125 g chopped walnuts/hazelnuts

Recipe of Fudgy Brownie


Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C).


Mix 500 grams of FunCakes Mix for American Brownies with 250 grams of melted butter. Add 3 eggs and mix on low speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter.


Add chopped walnuts and/or hazelnuts if desired.


Fill the buttered baking pan with baking paper and the batter. Bake the brownie in the middle of the oven for 35 minutes. Don’t open the oven while baking!


After baking, let the brownie cool down on a cooling grid and let it stiffen in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
