Easter bunny cup made of Deco Melts
Looking for a cute and tasty Easter project? This Easter bunny cup made of Deco Melts is perfect for Easter! Fill it with treats or use it as a decorative showpiece on the Easter table.
What you need to make your easter bunny cup made of deco melts:
Ingredients
- 200 g FunCakes Deco Melts - Milk Choco flavour
- 200 g FunCakes Deco Melts - Dark Chocolate Flavour
- Your favourite liqueur
Necessities
- Cake Star Chocolate Bunny Mould
- Dr. Oetker Pastry Brush with Wooden Handle 19,5x2,4 cm
Heat the FunCakes Deco Melts in the microwave according to instructions on the packaging. Using a brush, spread the melts into the Easter bunny mould and leave to set in the fridge. Repeat this at least 4 times to get a good firm layer.
Allow the mould to cool in the fridge between coats.
Carefully remove the hare from the mould. Let a pan with a layer of water come to the boil and put a plate or a baking tray on it. Quickly lift the two halves of the hare over the hot plate and stick them directly together. Make sure it fits well! Again, leave to set in the fridge.
Always set Deco Melts in the fridge for the best shine and easy removal from the mould. Without chilling, you won’t get a smooth finish and your bunny (or other item) will stick.
Remove a piece from the ears of the Easter bunny and fill with your favourite liqueur or drink.
