Snow Sugar
The FunCakes snow sugar is a non-melting sugar for decorating sweet treats such as donuts, cookies, waffles, cakes, bread or your Christmas or Easter bread. The snow sugar does not melt away and, unlike normal sugar, keeps it’s nice, powdery white look on top of your treats. Perfect for fully preparing your treats without them losing their beautiful look.

Dextrose (75%), wheat starch, anti-caking agent: E470a, E170, vegetable fat (palm), flavouring.

Sprinkle the desired amount of FunCakes Snow Sugar over cookies, cakes or bread. The topping will keep its white colour and will not become soggy or sticky. Your pastries can also be refrigerated without the sugar melting away.
