This pen, filled with edible ink, has an easy ink flow and a quick drying time. The brush has a handy flexible brush tip for both thin and thick lines. This allows you to draw directly on dry, hard or semi-hard smooth surfaces such as fondant, marzipan, gum paste. Great for personalizing your treats with messages, names or dates. Also perfect for making eyes, mouths and more details on modelled figures and for making veins on petals and flowers.
