Ingrédients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies
- FunCakes Sprinkle Medley Alfabet
- FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder
- 1 egg (approx. 50 g)
- 150 g unsalted butter
- Apricot jam

- Dr. Oetker Pastry Brush with Wooden Handle 19,5x2,4 cm

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the package, wrap the dough in cling film, and let it chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection 160°C).
Quickly knead the chilled dough until smooth and roll it out to a thickness of about 2-3 mm on a floured work surface. Cut out shapes and letters, then place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies for approximately 9-12 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through. Allow them to cool flat on the counter.
Warm some apricot jam in the microwave and press it through a sieve using the back of a spoon. This will create apricot glaze for brushing the cookies.
Lightly brush the cookies with a thin layer of apricot glaze and decorate them with the Alphabet Medley.
