Ingrédients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
- FunCakes Cream Cookie Speculoos Cookies Spread
- 500 g unsalted butter
- 200 ml water
- 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection 160°C) and place the baking cups in a muffin pan.
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package and divide the batter evenly among the baking cups. Bake the cupcakes for 19-23 minutes until golden brown and fully baked. Allow them to cool completely.
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package and flavour it with FunCakes Speculoos Spread.
Fill a decorating bag with decorating tip #1A with the buttercream and pipe elegant swirls onto the cooled cupcakes. Start in the centre and work your way upward for a professional finish. Crumble a few speculoos cookies and sprinkle the crumbs over the swirls. For an extra touch, you can even place a whole cookie on top.
