- 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie
- 75 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco
- 50 g FunCakes Mix for Bavarois Natural
- FunCakes Flavour Paste Forest Fruits
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- FunCakes Sugar Strands XL Mix
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 70 g unsalted butter
- 245 ml water
- 50 ml milk
- 3 eggs (approx. 150 g)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection 160°C). Line the bottom of a baking pan with parchment paper and spray the pan with Bake Release Spray.
Prepare 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie as indicated on the package. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake the brownie for 40-45 minutes. Once baked, turn it onto a cooling grid and let it cool down.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Mix 50 g FunCakes Bavarois Mix Natural with 60 ml water in a bowl and stir. Fold this mixture into the whipped cream and flavour it with FunCakes Forest Fruit Flavour Paste. Let it set in the fridge.
Using a cake leveller, slice the brownie into two thin layers, then cut out circles with a cutter that match the size of your glass or serving dish. You’ll need two brownie slices per dessert.
Put the bavarois in a decorating bag and cut off the tip. Pipe a layer of bavarois into each glass, place a brownie slice on top, pipe another layer of bavarois, and finish with another brownie slice.
Prepare 75 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco as indicated on the packaging and place it in a decorating bag with tip 1M.
Pipe a generous swirl of cream on each dessert and sprinkle with FunCakes XL Sugar Strands.
