Cupcakes with topping
A cupcake is good for everything, a snack, treat or dessert. You can celebrate everything with it! A delicious topping cannot be missed on your cupcakes. It’s the icing on the cake, or the finishing touch. Decorate your cupcakes with a delicious swirl buttercream!

Ingrédients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
- FunColours Gel Purple
- FunColours Gel Red
- FunCakes Flavour Paste Hugo
- FunCakes Nonpareils Gold
- 500 g unsalted butter
- 200 ml water
- 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes according to the instructions on the package. Divide the baking cups over the muffin tray. Divide the batter over the baking cups and bake the cakes in 18-22 minutes until light brown and done.
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream according to the instructions on the package and season with the flavor paste, add to taste. Color the buttercream with the pink and purple coloring gel to a deep dark burgundy color, put this in a piping bag with # 1M and pipe generous tufts on the cakes. Decorate them with some golden musket seeds.
