Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (convection oven 140 ° C).
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Fudge Brownie as indicated on the package. Grease the baking pan with baking spray and place a suitable piece of parchment paper on the bottom. Bake the brownie in the middle of the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Let the brownie cool on the counter and then put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour to let it stiffen (preferably overnight).
Prepare 400 g of FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie with 1 egg, 125 grams of unsalted butter. Knead through the Chocolate Chunks in your favourite taste. Shape the dough into a log with a diameter of about 5-6 cm, wrap it tightly in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
Preheat the oven to 180° C (convection oven 160 ° C).
Slice the dough into pieces of approximately 1.5 cm thick and place them well spaced apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the dough for 13-15 minutes. The cookies will feel soft when they come out of the oven, but as they cool, they become chewy on the inside with a light crisp on the outside.
Mix 260 g of FunCakes Ready To Use Genache Dark Choco with 150 g of unsalted butter for 5 minutes on high speed to create a smooth buttercream. Put the genache in a decorating bag with tip # 1M.
Put blackberries on a wooden skewer and dust them with the golden ginger powder. You can also sprinkle some golden ginger powder on the cookies.
Cut 4 circles out of the fudge brownie with a 8 cm cutter and place this on the bottom of a dish. Pipe a nice edge along half of the brownie round with the ganache. Fill up the blank side with blueberries and the cookies made from the cake brownie mix. Sprinkle some golden stars over the bowl and decorate with a wooden skewer with blackberries and a golden chocolate ball.
