- 175 ml water
- 170 g unsalted butter
- 1 egg (approx. 50g)
Necessities
- Wilton cooling grid

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Waffles as indicated on the package. If you want waffles with pearl sugar, mix the 200 g pearl sugar with 20 g melted butter and knead this through the dough with the dough hook.
Make +/- 15 balls of about 70 g from the dough. Heat the waffle machine and spray the plates with baking spray. Place a ball of dough on each plate and close the appliance. Bake the waffles in about 3-4 minutes until nice and light brown. Let them cool by using a cooling grid.
Put some pink and white FunCakes Deco Melts in a bowl to get light pink and melt it in the microwave according to the instructions on the package. Dip a few waffles and decorate with a mix of the two confetti. Let the Deco Melts set in the fridge for 15 minutes to give it a nice shine.
Melt the light blue FunCakes Deco Melts and repeat as described above. For the aqua color mix some blue, green and white FunCakes Deco Melts and repeat as described above.
