- 2 eggs (approx. 100 g)
- 77 ml vegetable oil
- 130 ml water

Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

Mix 330 grams of FunCakes Mix for Red Velvet Cake with 2 eggs, 77 ml vegetable oil and 130 ml water in 6-8 minutes to a pleasant batter.

Grease the baking pan with the baking spray and divide the batter in the baking pan.

Bake the cake in the middle of the preheated oven for 30 – 35 minutes and then let it cool on the cooling grid.
Tip! Fill or garnish the red velvet cake with buttercream or cream cheese frosting.
