Chocolate Letter
Making your own chocolate treats is easier than you think! With just a few ingredients and some decorations, you can create a delicious chocolate letter in no time. This traditional Dutch treat is perfect as a homemade gift or simply to enjoy yourself.

Beat the butter with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Melt 375 g FunCakes Dark Chocolate Melts as indicated on the packaging. Once all the chocolate has melted, add the remaining 125 g chocolate.
Tip! Stir every 20-30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Add the chocolate to the whipped butter and stir until the butter is fully incorporated into the warm chocolate.
Fit a decorating bag with decorating tip #1M and fill it with the chocolate mixture. Pipe the letters directly into the chocolate letter moulds and decorate with the 3D Sprinkle Medley Sinterklaas and remaining decorations.
